Late for appointments at new office

Please leave extra time for your appointment if travelling to the new office in Houstoun Industrial Estate. I am typically booked back-to-back all day long so if you are late I may not be able to see you and the appointment will be treated like a Cancellation.

Late Cancellations

Please ensure you make every effort to attend your appointment. I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointments booked and cancelled at short notice. The full appointment cost will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours.

New Patients

Due to high demand I'm only taking on a very limited number of new patients at the moment, and these appointments can't be booked online. If you're a new patient and would like a booking please contact me.
